Completed over a two-year construction period, the project required full-service execution across the residential buildings, shared areas, exterior spaces, terraces, pool zone, and apartment interiors. The design direction combines clean Mediterranean architecture with modern apartment planning, light interiors, open living spaces, private balconies, and communal outdoor areas that increase the value and lifestyle appeal of the development.
