The brief
Located in one of the most desirable areas of the Costa Brava, the apartment had strong investment potential but needed a complete visual and technical upgrade. Daleks Construction managed the renovation from the first structural and finishing works to the final ready-to-use result.
The apartment was redesigned with a clean modern aesthetic, warm natural materials, and a restrained color palette. Soft greys, natural wood, deep green accents, black details, and warm beige textiles create a balanced interior that feels elegant without being cold.
The result is a compact apartment that feels larger, brighter, and more valuable.
