The brief
This 87 m² apartment in Tossa de Mar was renovated as a complete residential transformation, with the goal of creating a warm, functional, and characterful home by the sea. The design keeps the atmosphere of a traditional Spanish apartment while updating the space for modern everyday living.
Natural wood, terracotta flooring, woven lighting, textured walls, and patterned textiles create a layered interior with a soft Mediterranean rhythm. The kitchen was redesigned as the heart of the apartment, while the living area, bedroom, bathroom, and terrace were finished with warm materials and thoughtful details that make the home feel personal, comfortable, and ready to enjoy.
Scope of Work
Full apartment renovation, kitchen and bathroom renovation, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting installation, flooring updates, terrace improvement, interior detailing, and final preparation of the home.
Warm terracotta tones, natural wood, woven lamps, and textured finishes bring a distinctly Spanish character to the apartment. Each space was renovated to feel practical, inviting, and connected to the coastal atmosphere of Tossa de Mar.
