The brief
This 230 m² villa in Vall Repos was renovated as a full residential transformation, with Daleks Construction working as a subcontractor for Quality Estate. The project involved not only interior renovation, but also structural reconfiguration, technical coordination, and complex site logistics due to the villa’s mountain location and limited access.
The goal was to modernize the property while keeping a strong connection to its natural surroundings. Large windows, warm wood finishes, stone textures, soft neutral tones, and open living spaces create a calm contemporary home that feels grounded in the landscape. Every stage required careful planning, from material delivery and site access to precise execution across the interior and exterior works.
Scope of Work
Full villa renovation, structural reconfiguration, interior finishing, kitchen and bathroom renovation, flooring, lighting, wall finishes, exterior works, site coordination, and construction support as subcontractor for Quality Estate.
Set within the natural landscape of Vall Repos, the villa was transformed into a modern and comfortable residence with warm materials, open spaces, and refined finishes. The project required strong technical coordination due to difficult mountain access, making planning, delivery, and execution essential to the final result.
