The brief
Villa Estupendo was a large-scale residential project located in Mas Nou, Platja d’Aro, with Daleks Construction working for Quality Estate. The project involved a full construction service across the property, excluding the main structural shell and façade box, with a strong focus on technical execution, exterior works, interior finishing, and the integration of modern materials.
Set on a mountain site with complex access and a significant project volume, the villa required precise planning, delivery coordination, and strong construction management. The design combines contemporary architecture with the surrounding landscape, using clean volumes, large glass openings, stone textures, warm wood, and modern finishes to create a refined home connected to nature.
Scope of Work
Full construction and finishing service, interior and exterior works, technical coordination, kitchen and bathroom installation, flooring, lighting, glazing support, stone decoration, and subcontractor work for Quality Estate.
